Nothing, we left after only one night.
We arrived early evening and the reception by the staff member on duty was unwelcoming and offhand. The lift up to the room was tiny and did not accomodate two people comfortably let alone their luggage. The room was small airless and the bathroom worse - it was impossible to use the shower without constantly banging into the walls. Also there were no English speaking TV chanels available.
Its a fantastic budget hotel in Paris, specially the location.Just the elevator is very small, suitable just for one and a half person!
the hotel needs some renovation
The lady at the reception is extremely nice and helpful and speaks very good English, both items being really rare in Paris! The rooms are not air conditioned, so in full summer you might want to take louder but cooler low floors (avoid the 1st if you can as you have early morning noise while the breakfast room is being set up). Good value for the money.
The rooms are small but OK if you dont have 8 pieces of luggage with you.
Very good location, short distance to walk to shopping area, Louvre and close to buses and metros.
Breakfast could benefit of being somewhat better. But satisfactory, but some ham and eggs could be nice. But this is France.
Excellent service combined with good location! Room was clean and neat even if not the latest fashion. Bed and pillows were good. Breakfast worth the money.
Hotel was very good compared for the price. Good location, OK room and breakfast.Fast check in and check out and friendly service. Would recommend.
The location, good staff's attitude
In hotel very affable personnel, especially girls ;-) I met more comfort. It is convenient that absolutely nearby there is station St. Lazar. It is good, if you are going to travel not only across Paris. The metro station too is located absolutely nearby.
Has unpleasantly been surprised by bad quality of a breakfast. It is much worse than in other hotels of a similar category. It was a little noisy under windows - they left on the main street and noise of cars often disturbed. In the evening, for the areas at hotel gather many homeless, among them a lot of drunk, they rustle, and create to this place bad reputation.
The staff were excellent - the reception staff spoke several languages, were extremely helpful with booking tables at restaurants, advising of discounts in the department stores, anything really! The room was very clean, breakfast was lovely - a fantastic location (literally across the square from the RER and metro station) and walking distance to Montmartre and the shopping district of Opera. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars nearby - a lovely place to stay!
location, personal and services
they are not sockets for client needs in the room; the room has not air condition
The hotel is near (50 m) the St' Lazzare Metro Station so we had very good connection with metro, also the hotel si located near Bd. Haussman where are present some of the important shopping locations. Very good price/location.
small rooms, small elevator, small bathroom.
good location, clean room and shower with free wi-fi, a safe and a mini-bar! LCD TV too (not that we used it...) lovely 24 hours staff!!! this room really upgraded our trip
the room is small but enough for two persons. important - do not sleep in the room next to the lift! this is a great hotel!
very poor facilities, very poor rooms, very small this is not 3 stars hotel is 0 (cero stars) if you compare internationals hotels.
nothing. The description and the picture in the web page are not according with the reality.I can not trust anymore in the description of the wb page that the hotel sow.
The hotel is very good located. Breakfast is what you can expect from a hotel in Paris. Friendly staff. The rooms were small with a small but clean and complete bathroom.
Only minus was the bed. A small, bad mattress.
Staff were not friendly & the room was not ready when we checked in & had to wait 3 hours. The room was very small & not very spacious.
